Fenix Sol owners Lovon & Jennifer Fausett started in foodservice with the acquisition of Spokane Stainless Products (SSP) in 1985 that included three factory employees in a 5000 sq ft manufacturing facility. Lovon as president & sales director with Jennifer managing all office responsibilities, SSP took off with incredible growth.

By 2005 SSP had two factories in Spokane and Batavia, OH with over 100 employees and 150,000 sq ft of production space.

SSP’s early success was driven by dealers in the pacific NW with Smith & Greene, Dicks, North Star, Spokane Restaurant Supply plus supermarket giants, Safeway, Fred Meyers, Kroger and also Starbucks.

In 1999 SSP added import stainless equipment to their custom production and this blend enabled SSP to be the single source supplier for Starbucks worldwide. Other chains followed including Taco Del Mar, Panera Bread, McAllister’s Deli, Jack in the Box and many more. The combination of domestic and import stainless made SSP a leader in 11400 projects and were awarded several sports arena and NFL stadium projects.

Lovon & Jennfer sold SSP to Elkay Foodservice in 2009 and Lovon stayed with the company thru 2011 training the Elkay management team in the foodservice arena and international manufacturing. Elkay still supplies Starbucks globally with offshore manufacturing partners, developed and managed by Lovon from 1999 to 2011.

In 2016 Lovon and Jennifer started Fenix Sol with a focus on standard stainless fabrication with import sinks, tables, shelves and dish room equipment. Fenix Sol continues to supply foodservice dealers with stock and custom product on a national level with high-quality NSF certified equipment. Fenix Sol supplied Trimark nationally under the Kintera private label, shipping containers direct to Trimark warehouses around the country through 2025.

Many customers have remained through the decades, one is Costco where Fenix Sol provides proprietary fabrication including demonstration carts, and over 100 custom dish rooms every year. Fenix Sol is also a tier one-supplier to Ecolab and ships out standard and custom equipment for over 1000 dish rooms annually.
